Natural wood evolves beautifully over time. To preserve its finish, dust regularly with a soft microfiber cloth and wipe spills immediately. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive humidity, or standing water, as these may cause fading, expansion, or surface movement. Use coasters and placemats whenever possible.

Marble & Natural Stone

Every marble surface is unique and develops character with age. Clean using a soft damp cloth and dry immediately after. Avoid acidic substances such as lemon, vinegar, wine, or harsh chemical cleaners, as they may etch the stone. Coasters are recommended for all beverages.

Metal & PVD Finishes

Our metal finishes are designed for durability and elegance. Dust regularly with a clean microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive pads, polish compounds, or chemical cleaners that may affect the finish. Fingerprints can be removed using a lightly damp cloth followed by drying.

PU & Lacquered Surfaces

Maintain the refined appearance of painted and PU-finished surfaces by cleaning with a soft damp cloth. Avoid alcohol-based products, solvents, and abrasive cleaners. Protect surfaces from sharp objects and excessive heat.

Upholstered Fabrics

Vacuum periodically using a soft brush attachment to remove dust and maintain freshness. Attend to spills immediately by blotting gently—never rub. For stubborn stains, professional upholstery cleaning is recommended.

Leatherette

Clean regularly with a soft dry cloth and wipe spills immediately. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which may accelerate ageing. Do not use solvent-based cleaners or harsh detergents.

Moving & Relocating Furniture

Furniture should always be lifted and never dragged. Dragging may compromise structural joints and damage flooring. For larger pieces, we recommend moving with adequate assistance.

Environmental Care

For optimal longevity, maintain indoor humidity between 40–60% and avoid placing furniture directly beside heat sources, fireplaces, or air-conditioning vents. Natural materials may display slight variations in colour, grain, and texture—these characteristics are a hallmark of authentic craftsmanship.
