Nature of Our Products

Every product is manufactured to order against your selected design, dimensions, material and finish. Production begins shortly after order confirmation.

Order Confirmation & Advance Payment

Orders are confirmed after payment is received. Specifications become final once production begins.

Cancellation Policy

Within 24 hours: 5% deduction.
Before production: up to 25% deduction.
After production begins: cancellation is not permitted.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

Verified refunds are processed within 10–14 working days to the original payment method.

Returns After Delivery

Returns are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours with photos or videos.

Warranty

Limited 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects only.

Refused Delivery

Return freight, storage and redelivery costs remain the customer's responsibility.

International Orders

International orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

Material Disclaimer

Natural variations in wood, marble, veneers and fabrics are expected and are not defects.

Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.
