1. Shipping and Delivery

Cocoon Barter Global Pvt Ltd is committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered to you in a timely and secure manner. We offer shipping across India and may partner with reputable logistics providers to transport goods to your specified address.

  • Manufacturing Time: All our products are made-to-order. The standard manufacturing timeline is 25–30 days from the date of order confirmation. This may vary slightly based on product type, production volume, or custom requests. You will be notified of the estimated timeline before your order is finalized.
  • Shipping Time: Once your order is manufactured and ready for dispatch, it is typically delivered within 7–10 business days depending on your location and carrier availability.

  • Delivery Locations: We deliver to most parts of India. Remote or special-access regions may require additional time or shipping charges.

  • Bulk / Project Orders: For large orders or interior projects, please contact us for a custom freight quote.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details once your order is dispatched

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation containing tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier’s website or contact our customer service team for assistance.  Tracking ID within 2–3 business days of dispatch. Track via the carrier link or contact us (details below).

Delivered by Delhivery or an equivalent logistics service.

4. Delivery Issues

If there are any issues with your delivery, such as delays or incorrect shipping information, please notify us immediately. We will work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, Cocoon Barter Global Pvt Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or unforeseen logistical challenges.

5. Damages During Transit

While we take great care in packaging and dispatching your orders, Cocoon Barter Global Pvt Ltd shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss, or deterioration of goods during transit. The responsibility for the goods passes to the customer once the product has been dispatched from our facility.

In the event that your product arrives damaged:

  • You must contact the shipping provider directly to initiate any claims.

  • Ensure that you inspect the package upon delivery and report any visible damage to the carrier before accepting the delivery.

  • Cocoon Barter Global Pvt Ltd recommends taking photos of the damaged package and goods to support your claim with the carrier.

Please note that we will assist with providing any necessary documentation or information for your claim, but the liability for damaged goods rests with the carrier once the items have left our premises.

6. Non-Delivery & Lost Shipments

In cases where shipments are lost or not delivered by the carrier:

  • You must notify us within 2 days of the fulfilled delivery date.

  • We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. However, Cocoon Barter Global Pvt Ltd is not liable for any compensation related to lost or undelivered shipments. Any claims for non-delivery must be made with the carrier.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order. Cocoon Barter Global Pvt Ltd is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer. In such cases, additional charges may apply for redelivery.

8. International Shipping

At this time, Cocoon Barter Global Pvt Ltd does not offer international shipping. All orders are fulfilled and delivered within India.

9. Changes to this Shipping Policy

Cocoon Barter Global Pvt Ltd reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and the updated policy will apply to all future shipments.
