14. Return Eligibility

  • Manufacturing Defects: Returns will be accepted only in the case of manufacturing defects or quality issues. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 2 day of receiving the item.

15. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been used or altered.
  • Items purchased on clearance or during promotional sales.
