Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds: In case of a failed transaction or duplicate payments, please contact us immediately at chaircollectivecc@gmail.com for assistance. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–14 working days, depending on the payment method and bank policies. Refunds will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

  • Cancellations: Payments once made cannot be canceled except in the case of an error in the transaction or incorrect deductions. If you need to cancel a payment, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist you as per our cancellation policy. Once an order has been processed, any changes or modifications will be chargeable.

  • Returns & Post-Delivery Refunds: We do not accept returns or issue refunds once products are delivered, unless there is a verified manufacturing defect. In such cases, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with supporting photographs or videos. The product will then be assessed by our team, and if eligible, a return or replacement may be arranged.

  • Repairs & Customer Support: In cases where an on-site repair is possible, we prioritize quick resolution to ensure customer satisfaction. Such repairs will be carried out at no or minimal cost, depending on the nature of the issue.
